| Description |
Provides detention to youth. Programs include AYUDA, substance abuse counseling, pet therapy, positive peer group and medical services. Outside services include community custody, where an alternative to custody is used. Here the detention center works closely with the JPPO's in order to insure the appropriate level of supervision. The Safe 2000 Youth and Family Program works with law enforcement officers, and social workers to provide early intervention services to those at risk. |
