The COQ pulls information from several New Mexico state agencies including: the Administrative Office of the Courts, the Corrections Department, the District Attorney, and the Motor Vehicle Division. The information is available electronically from 1995 to present. This is the same time frame as the publicly available New Mexico Courts Case Lookup (nmcourts.gov/caselookup/app). For court information prior to 1995, contact the local court where the case was filed. This web application gives access to New Mexico District Court, Magistrate Court, and Municipal Court data. Municipal Court data is limited to criminal domestic violence and DWI convictions from September 1, 1995 to present. Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court DWI and Domestic Violence case information is available on this website; however, to search other Metropolitan Court case data please go to http://www.metrocourt.state.nm.us/xnet/.

Authorized users reporting a "Bizdoc error" should send an email to jiscadm@nmjustice.net .
